  2. 2.Dice the capsicum into small cubes.
  3. 3.In a mixing bowl, combine the tuna, chickpeas, diced capsicum, olive oil, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
  4. 4.Halve the cucumber lengthways and use a teaspoon to scoop out the seeds, creating a 'boat' shape.
