- Raw Kangaroo Loin Fillet
- White Tortilla
- Cos Lettuce
- Tomato
- Greek Yogurt
Instructions
- 1.Season the kangaroo and cook it in a hot pan for about 4 minutes per side.
- 2.Allow it to rest for 2–3 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
- 3.Warm the tortilla in a dry pan for 30 seconds on each side.
- 4.Spread the Greek yoghurt over the tortilla.
- 5.Add the lettuce and tomato.
- 6.Place the kangaroo strips on top.
- 7.Roll tightly and serve.
