Ingredients

  • Raw Kangaroo Loin Fillet
  • White Tortilla
  • Cos Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Greek Yogurt

Instructions

  1. 1.Season the kangaroo and cook it in a hot pan for about 4 minutes per side.
  2. 2.Allow it to rest for 2–3 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
  3. 3.Warm the tortilla in a dry pan for 30 seconds on each side.
  4. 4.Spread the Greek yoghurt over the tortilla.
  5. 5.Add the lettuce and tomato.
  6. 6.Place the kangaroo strips on top.
  7. 7.Roll tightly and serve.
