- Unsweetened Almond Milk
- Raw Strawberry
- Weetbix
- Vanilla Extract
- Chia Seeds
- Sugar Free Maple Flavoured Syrup
Instructions
- 1.Add all the ingredients to the high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- 2.Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding a few more teaspoons of maple syrup. If too thick – Weetbix smoothie does thicken after a few minutes – add a splash extra of almond milk, up to 1/4 cup extra, and blend again.
- 3.Serve immediately with desiccated coconut, crushed Weetbix biscuits, and freeze-dried strawberries.
