Ingredients
- Raw Pork Loin Chop
- Cucumber baby
- Raw Carrot - peeled
- Fresh Mint
- Fish Sauce
- lemon juice
- Soy Sauce
- Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- 1.Mix fish sauce, lime juice and soy sauce.
- 2.Reserve half.
- 3.Marinate pork with the other half.
- 4.Heat oil in a frying pan.
- 5.Cook pork 4 minutes per side.
- 6.Combine cucumber and carrot in a bowl.
- 7.Add chopped mint.
- 8.Slice pork if desired and make sure the pork is fully cooked.
- 9.Place on top of salad.
- 10.Drizzle with remaining dressing.
- 11.Serve immediately.
