Ingredients

  • Raw Pork Loin Chop
  • Cucumber baby
  • Raw Carrot - peeled
  • Fresh Mint
  • Fish Sauce
  • lemon juice
  • Soy Sauce
  • Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. 1.Mix fish sauce, lime juice and soy sauce.
  2. 2.Reserve half.
  3. 3.Marinate pork with the other half.
  4. 4.Heat oil in a frying pan.
  5. 5.Cook pork 4 minutes per side.
  6. 6.Combine cucumber and carrot in a bowl.
  7. 7.Add chopped mint.
  8. 8.Slice pork if desired and make sure the pork is fully cooked.
  9. 9.Place on top of salad.
  10. 10.Drizzle with remaining dressing.
  11. 11.Serve immediately.
