- Zucchini
- Savoy Cabbage
- Raw Carrot - peeled

Instructions
- 1.Wash all the vegetables well and dry them.
- 2.Using a coarse grater, cut the carrot and zucchini into thin strands, forming vegetable "spaghetti"
- 3.Slice the red cabbage very thinly with a sharp knife to ensure a delicate texture.
- 4.Heat a large skillet with a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat
- 5.Add the vegetables, season with a pinch of salt, and sauté for 2 minutes, just until slightly tender but still crisp and colorful.
- 6.Remove from heat immediately and set aside.
