Instructions
- 1.Place the turkey slices flat on a clean chopping board.
- 2.Scoop the avocado flesh into a small bowl and mash it with a fork until smooth.
- 3.Season the avocado with a small pinch of black pepper.
- 4.Spread the mashed avocado evenly over each turkey slice, leaving a small border around the edges.
- 5.Place a few baby spinach leaves on top of the avocado.
- 6.Starting from one end, roll each slice tightly into a cylinder.
- 7.If desired, secure with a toothpick.
- 8.Slice each roll in half diagonally and serve immediately.
