  • Turkey Breast
  • Hass Avocado
  • Baby Spinach
  • Black Pepper, Ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Place the turkey slices flat on a clean chopping board.
  2. 2.Scoop the avocado flesh into a small bowl and mash it with a fork until smooth.
  3. 3.Season the avocado with a small pinch of black pepper.
  4. 4.Spread the mashed avocado evenly over each turkey slice, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. 5.Place a few baby spinach leaves on top of the avocado.
  6. 6.Starting from one end, roll each slice tightly into a cylinder.
  7. 7.If desired, secure with a toothpick.
  8. 8.Slice each roll in half diagonally and serve immediately.
