Ingredients

  • Eggs
  • Extra virgin oil
  • Natural Yogurt
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground
  • Oat Flour
  • Baking Powder
  • Tuna In Springwater
  • Grated Parmesan Style Cheese

Instructions

  1. 1.Add to the blender: eggs, olive oil, yogurt, salt, black pepper, and oat flour.
  2. 2.Blend for about 3 minutes and add the baking powder. Use the pulse function, just to mix.
  3. 3.Transfer half of the batter to a greased baking pan. Spread well. Cover with the filling, arranging the tuna nicely.
  4. 4.Pour the remaining batter on top and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. 5.Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 to 40 minutes and serve (the serving is 1 piece)
