- Eggs
- Extra virgin oil
- Natural Yogurt
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
- Oat Flour
- Baking Powder
- Tuna In Springwater
- Grated Parmesan Style Cheese
Instructions
- 1.Add to the blender: eggs, olive oil, yogurt, salt, black pepper, and oat flour.
- 2.Blend for about 3 minutes and add the baking powder. Use the pulse function, just to mix.
- 3.Transfer half of the batter to a greased baking pan. Spread well. Cover with the filling, arranging the tuna nicely.
- 4.Pour the remaining batter on top and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- 5.Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 to 40 minutes and serve (the serving is 1 piece)
