- Tasty cheese20 g
- Australian Corn Kernels80 g
- White Tortilla
- Tuna in Oil
Instructions
- 1.In a bowl, combine tuna, corn and cheese and mix well.
- 2.Heat oil in a large frying pan. Add tortilla to the pan and layer with tuna mixture. Add second tortilla on top of tuna mixture. Cook on one side until golden brown and then flip over to the other side and cook for a further 5-10 minutes until tortilla is brown.
- 3.Place tortilla on a on a plate and cut into quarters.
