  • Red Lentils
  • Tomato
  • Coconut milk
  • Turmeric
  • Garlic cloves
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Add lentils, turmeric and 1 cup water to a saucepan.
  2. 2.Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 15–20 minutes.
  3. 3.In another pan, cook the garlic and tomato until the tomato softens and forms a sauce.
  4. 4.Stir the tomato mixture into the lentils.
  5. 5.Add coconut milk and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. 6.Season before serving.
