- Red Lentils
- Tomato
- Coconut milk
- Turmeric
- Garlic cloves
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
Instructions
- 1.Add lentils, turmeric and 1 cup water to a saucepan.
- 2.Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 15–20 minutes.
- 3.In another pan, cook the garlic and tomato until the tomato softens and forms a sauce.
- 4.Stir the tomato mixture into the lentils.
- 5.Add coconut milk and cook for another 5 minutes.
- 6.Season before serving.
