Ingredients

  • Rolled Oats
  • Whey Protein Isolate
  • Honey
  • flaked almonds
  • Chocochino Drinking Chocolate
  • Espresso Coffee
  • High protein yoghurt
  • Water

Instructions

  1. 1.In a jar, combine rolled oats, chocolate protein powder, water, and a splash of brewed coffee.
  2. 2.Stir until well combined and the mixture is thick.
  3. 3.Layer the Greek yoghurt on top to mimic the mascarpone layer.
  4. 4.Drizzle with honey and top with crushed almonds.
  5. 5.Refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours.
  6. 6.Dust with Chocochino powder just before serving for that classic Tiramisu finish.
