  • Garlic cloves
  • Light soy sauce
  • Fish Sauce
  • Fresh Basil
  • Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. 1.Prepare all ingredients before cooking.
  2. 2.Heat oil in a pan.
  3. 3.Add garlic and chilli.
  4. 4.Cook for 30 seconds.
  5. 5.Add pork mince.
  6. 6.Break it apart with a spatula.
  7. 7.Cook for 8 minutes.
  8. 8.Add soy sauce.
  9. 9.Add fish sauce.
  10. 10.Stir well.
  11. 11.Add basil leaves.
  12. 12.Stir until wilted and make sure the pork is fully cooked before serving.
  13. 13.Remove from heat.
