Instructions
- 1.Cook the Basmati Rice according to package instructions (approx. 10-12 minutes).
- 2.Heat Olive Oil in a pan over high heat for 1 minute.
- 3.Add Beef Mince and cook for 5-6 minutes until browned and crispy, breaking it up with a spatula.
- 4.Add diced Capsicum and minced Garlic, sautéing for a further 2-3 minutes.
- 5.Stir in Soy Sauce and Chilli Flakes, tossing for 1 minute until the beef is well-coated.
- 6.Serve the beef over the rice and garnish with fresh Coriander.
