Ingredients
- Firm Tofu
- Crispy Broccoli Florets
- teriyaki sauce
- Sesame Oil
- Uncooked Brown Rice
- Spring Onion
Instructions
- 1.Pat the tofu dry with paper towels and cut into bite-sized cubes.
- 2.Heat the sesame oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
- 3.Cook the tofu for 4–5 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden.
- 4.Add the broccoli and 2 tablespoons of water.
- 5.Cover and steam for 3 minutes.
- 6.Pour in the teriyaki sauce and stir to coat.
- 7.Cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- 8.Serve over brown rice and garnish with spring onion.
