Ingredients

  • Firm Tofu
  • Crispy Broccoli Florets
  • teriyaki sauce
  • Sesame Oil
  • Uncooked Brown Rice
  • Spring Onion

Instructions

  1. 1.Pat the tofu dry with paper towels and cut into bite-sized cubes.
  2. 2.Heat the sesame oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
  3. 3.Cook the tofu for 4–5 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden.
  4. 4.Add the broccoli and 2 tablespoons of water.
  5. 5.Cover and steam for 3 minutes.
  6. 6.Pour in the teriyaki sauce and stir to coat.
  7. 7.Cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  8. 8.Serve over brown rice and garnish with spring onion.
