Ingredients
- Salmon Fillets
- Jasmine Rice
- Bok Choy
- Raw Carrot - peeled
- Ginger
- Garlic, peeled
- Soy Sauce
- Mirin
- Australian Honey
- Sesame Oil
- Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- 1.In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, honey, and half the ginger to make the teriyaki sauce.
- 2.Pat the salmon dry with paper towel.
- 3.Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat and cook the salmon for about 3 minutes on each side.
- 4.Pour in the sauce and cook for another 2 minutes, spooning the sauce over the salmon until glazed.
- 5.In another pan, stir-fry bok choy, carrot, garlic, and remaining ginger for 2 minutes.
- 6.Serve the jasmine rice (already cooked before) in a bowl, top with vegetables and salmon.
- 7.Finish with toasted sesame seeds.
