Ingredients

  • Salmon Fillets
  • Jasmine Rice
  • Bok Choy
  • Raw Carrot - peeled
  • Ginger
  • Garlic, peeled
  • Soy Sauce
  • Mirin
  • Australian Honey
  • Sesame Oil
  • Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1.In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, honey, and half the ginger to make the teriyaki sauce.
  2. 2.Pat the salmon dry with paper towel.
  3. 3.Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat and cook the salmon for about 3 minutes on each side.
  4. 4.Pour in the sauce and cook for another 2 minutes, spooning the sauce over the salmon until glazed.
  5. 5.In another pan, stir-fry bok choy, carrot, garlic, and remaining ginger for 2 minutes.
  6. 6.Serve the jasmine rice (already cooked before) in a bowl, top with vegetables and salmon.
  7. 7.Finish with toasted sesame seeds.
