Instructions
- 1.Cut the chicken into medium-sized cubes.
- 2.In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- 3.Add the chicken and let it marinate for 5 minutes.
- 4.Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
- 5.Add the oil and cook the chicken for about 6 minutes until lightly browned.
- 6.Pour in the remaining marinade and stir until slightly thickened.
