  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground
  • Steak - Meat Free
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Zucchini

Instructions

  1. 1.Cook the meat in a pressure cooker with your preferred seasonings; it's important that it becomes tender and easily shreds.
  2. 2.Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise. Using a spoon, remove the pulp and set aside.
  3. 3.Use the pulp and mix it with the shredded meat and salt.
  4. 4.Bake in a preheated Air Fryer at 180°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes. Add the mozzarella cheese, leave for another 5 minutes and serve!
