Instructions

  2. 2.Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise.
  3. 3.Scoop out some of the flesh using a spoon, creating a cavity.
  4. 4.Finely chop the removed zucchini flesh.
  5. 5.Cook the onion and beef mince in a pan until browned.
  6. 6.Add the chopped zucchini flesh and tomato sauce.
  7. 7.Spoon the filling into the zucchini halves.
