Ingredients

  • Tilapia Fillet
  • Ginger
  • Spring Onion
  • Light Soy Sauce
  • Bok Choy

Instructions

  1. 1.Wash the vegetables and cut them into medium-sized pieces.
  2. 2.Place the tilapia on a heatproof plate.
  3. 3.Spread the grated ginger evenly over the fish.
  4. 4.Fill a steamer or pot with enough water so it does not touch the food.
  5. 5.Bring the water to a boil.
  6. 6.Place the fish in the steamer and cover with a lid.
  7. 7.Steam for 10–12 minutes.
  8. 8.The fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork.
  9. 9.During the last 3 minutes of cooking, add the vegetables to the steamer.
  10. 10.Transfer everything to a plate, drizzle with soy sauce, and garnish with green onions.
