- Tilapia Fillet
- Ginger
- Spring Onion
- Light Soy Sauce
- Bok Choy
Instructions
- 1.Wash the vegetables and cut them into medium-sized pieces.
- 2.Place the tilapia on a heatproof plate.
- 3.Spread the grated ginger evenly over the fish.
- 4.Fill a steamer or pot with enough water so it does not touch the food.
- 5.Bring the water to a boil.
- 6.Place the fish in the steamer and cover with a lid.
- 7.Steam for 10–12 minutes.
- 8.The fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork.
- 9.During the last 3 minutes of cooking, add the vegetables to the steamer.
- 10.Transfer everything to a plate, drizzle with soy sauce, and garnish with green onions.
