Ingredients

  • Raw Pork Strips - untrimmed
  • Red Cabbage
  • Raw Carrot - peeled
  • Red Onion
  • Sesame Oil
  • Reduced Salt Soy Sauce
  • Garlic cloves
  • Spring Onion
  • Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1.Mix the soy sauce and garlic in a small bowl.
  2. 2.Toss the pork with the sauce until evenly coated.
  3. 3.Heat the sesame oil in a large frying pan.
  4. 4.Add the pork and cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. 5.Add the onion and carrot and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  6. 6.Stir in the cabbage and cook for another 2–3 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp.
  7. 7.Sprinkle with spring onion and sesame seeds.
  8. 8.Serve on its own or with ½ cup of cooked brown rice.
