Ingredients
- Raw Pork Strips - untrimmed
- Red Cabbage
- Raw Carrot - peeled
- Red Onion
- Sesame Oil
- Reduced Salt Soy Sauce
- Garlic cloves
- Spring Onion
- Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- 1.Mix the soy sauce and garlic in a small bowl.
- 2.Toss the pork with the sauce until evenly coated.
- 3.Heat the sesame oil in a large frying pan.
- 4.Add the pork and cook for about 5 minutes.
- 5.Add the onion and carrot and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- 6.Stir in the cabbage and cook for another 2–3 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp.
- 7.Sprinkle with spring onion and sesame seeds.
- 8.Serve on its own or with ½ cup of cooked brown rice.
