- Raw Carrot - peeled
- Cucumber baby
- Egg
- Sesame Oil
- White rice vinegar
- Reduced Salt Soy Sauce

Instructions
- 1.Bring a saucepan of water to the boil.
- 2.Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
- 3.Drain and rinse the noodles under cold water.
- 4.In a small bowl, combine the sesame oil, rice vinegar and soy sauce.
- 5.Toss the noodles with the sauce until evenly coated.
- 6.Arrange the carrot and cucumber over the noodles.
- 7.Slice the boiled egg in half and place it on top.
- 8.Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced spring onion before serving.
