  • Noodles
  • Raw Carrot - peeled
  • Cucumber baby
  • Egg
  • Sesame Oil
  • White rice vinegar
  • Reduced Salt Soy Sauce
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Spring Onion

Instructions

  1. 1.Bring a saucepan of water to the boil.
  2. 2.Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
  3. 3.Drain and rinse the noodles under cold water.
  4. 4.In a small bowl, combine the sesame oil, rice vinegar and soy sauce.
  5. 5.Toss the noodles with the sauce until evenly coated.
  6. 6.Arrange the carrot and cucumber over the noodles.
  7. 7.Slice the boiled egg in half and place it on top.
  8. 8.Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced spring onion before serving.
