Ingredients
- Chicken breast
- Brown Rice
- Sesame Oil
- Honey
- Soy Sauce
- HOT CHILLI SAUCE
- Olive Oil
- Raw Broccoli
Instructions
- 1.Cook the Basmati Rice and small pieces until fluffy (approx. 10-12 minutes).
- 2.Dice Chicken Breast into 2cm cubes and season with salt.
- 3.Heat Olive Oil and Sesame Oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
- 4.Sear the chicken for 6-8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- 5.Add Soy Sauce, Honey, and Chilli Sauce to the pan, stirring for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens into a sticky glaze.
- 6.Serve the glazed chicken over the broccoli rice and garnish with extra Chilli Flakes if desired.
