Ingredients

  • Spaghetti
  • Bacon
  • Baby Spinach
  • Cherry Tomato
  • Garlic cloves
  • Extra virgin oil
  • Parmesan Cheese Block

Instructions

  1. 1.Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente.
  2. 2.Before draining, reserve about ½ cup of the pasta cooking water.
  3. 3.Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4.Cook the diced bacon for about 4 minutes until lightly crisp.
  5. 5.Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. 6.Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. 7.Add the spinach and cook until it has just wilted.
  8. 8.Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss everything together.
  9. 9.If the pasta seems dry, add a little of the reserved pasta water until the sauce lightly coats the spaghetti.
  10. 10.Sprinkle with the grated Parmesan and serve immediately.
