Ingredients
- Spaghetti
- Bacon
- Baby Spinach
- Cherry Tomato
- Garlic cloves
- Extra virgin oil
- Parmesan Cheese Block
Instructions
- 1.Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente.
- 2.Before draining, reserve about ½ cup of the pasta cooking water.
- 3.Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- 4.Cook the diced bacon for about 4 minutes until lightly crisp.
- 5.Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 6.Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
- 7.Add the spinach and cook until it has just wilted.
- 8.Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss everything together.
- 9.If the pasta seems dry, add a little of the reserved pasta water until the sauce lightly coats the spaghetti.
- 10.Sprinkle with the grated Parmesan and serve immediately.
