  • High Protein Plain Yoghurt
  • Rice cakes
  • Simply nuts natural peanut butter
  • Honey
  • Belgian Dark Chocolate

Instructions

  1. 1.Lay the rice cakes flat on a plate.
  2. 2.In a small bowl, mix the Greek yoghurt with half of the honey until smooth.
  3. 3.Spread the yoghurt mixture evenly over the two rice cakes.
  4. 4.Drizzle the peanut butter and the remaining honey over the top.
  5. 5.Finely grate or chop the dark chocolate and sprinkle it over the cakes.
  6. 6.Serve immediately or freeze for 5 minutes for a firmer texture.
