  • Purple Sweet Potato
  • Red Capsicum
  • Olive Oil
  • Barbecue Sauce
  • Paprika
  • Garlic powder
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground
  • Chives

Instructions

  1. 1.Microwave the sweet potato for 4 minutes until slightly tender.
  2. 2.Season the beef with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3.Heat the olive oil and cook the beef for 3–4 minutes. Remove from the pan.
  4. 4.Cook the sweet potato and capsicum for 6–7 minutes.
