- Purple Sweet Potato
- Red Capsicum
- Olive Oil
- Barbecue Sauce
- Paprika
- Garlic powder

Instructions
- 1.Microwave the sweet potato for 4 minutes until slightly tender.
- 2.Season the beef with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- 3.Heat the olive oil and cook the beef for 3–4 minutes. Remove from the pan.
- 4.Cook the sweet potato and capsicum for 6–7 minutes.
- 5.Return the beef to the pan, stir in the BBQ sauce, and cook for 1 minute.
