Ingredients

  • Red Capsicum40 g
  • Carrot Cake50 g
  • Chicken breast150 g
  • chilli2 g
  • Lkk Kung Pao Chicken Sauce70 g
  • Australian Snow Peas30 g
  • Vermicelli Rice Noodles40 g
  • Water40 ml

Instructions

  1. 1.In to the slow cooker, add diced chicken, chilli, water and sauce. Cover with lid and cook on high for 2 1/2 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
  2. 2.Then dice carrot and capsicum and to the slow cooker. Cover with lid and cook on high for an addition 30 minutes or until vegetables are soft. Then add snow peas to the slow cooker and cook for a final 15 minutes.
  3. 3.Cook noodles as per packet instructions. Drain and add noodles to the slow cooker and mix well.
