  • Rice
  • Raw Carrot - peeled
  • Cucumber baby
  • Baby Spinach
  • Eggs
  • Soy Sauce
  • Sesame Oil

Instructions

  1. 1.Cook the beef until fully browned.
  2. 2.Season with soy sauce.
  3. 3.Lightly sauté the spinach for 1 minute.
  4. 4.Fry or poach the egg.
  5. 5.Place the rice in a bowl. (already cooked)
  6. 6.Arrange the vegetables and beef in separate sections on top.
  7. 7.Place the egg in the centre.
  8. 8.Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
