  • Raw Carrot - peeled
  • Soy Sauce
  • Sesame Oil
  • Honey
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Spring Onion

Instructions

  1. 1.Cook the jasmine rice according to the package instructions.
  2. 2.Mix the soy sauce, honey and sesame oil.
  3. 3.Brush the mixture over the fish and cook for about 4 minutes per side.
  4. 4.Arrange the rice in a bowl and top with the cucumber, carrot and cooked fish.
