- Basa Fillet
- Sesame Oil
- Soy Sauce
- Honey
- Garlic cloves
- Ginger
- Raw Carrot - peeled
- Crispy Broccoli Florets
- Australian Snow Peas
- Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- 1.Mix the soy sauce, honey, garlic and ginger.
- 2.Brush the mixture over the fish.
- 3.Cook the basa for about 4 minutes on each side.
- 4.Remove the fish.
- 5.Stir-fry the carrot, broccoli and snow peas in sesame oil for 4–5 minutes.
- 6.Serve the fish over the vegetables and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
