Ingredients

  • Basa Fillet
  • Sesame Oil
  • Soy Sauce
  • Honey
  • Garlic cloves
  • Ginger
  • Raw Carrot - peeled
  • Crispy Broccoli Florets
  • Australian Snow Peas
  • Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1.Mix the soy sauce, honey, garlic and ginger.
  2. 2.Brush the mixture over the fish.
  3. 3.Cook the basa for about 4 minutes on each side.
  4. 4.Remove the fish.
  5. 5.Stir-fry the carrot, broccoli and snow peas in sesame oil for 4–5 minutes.
  6. 6.Serve the fish over the vegetables and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
