- 1.In a small bowl, combine the Greek yoghurt and protein powder.
- 2.Stir well for 1-2 minutes until the powder is fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
- 3.Slice the banana into thin rounds and arrange them over the yoghurt.
- 4.Drizzle the peanut butter over the top (melt it slightly in the microwave for 10 seconds if it is too thick).
- 5.Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for up to 2 hours.
