  • Rolled Oats
  • Whey Protein Isolate
  • High protein yoghurt
  • Cavendish Banana
  • Simply nuts natural peanut butter

Instructions

  1. 1.In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the rolled oats with 150ml of water.
  2. 2.Microwave on high for 90 seconds, then stir and let sit for 1 minute to thicken.
  3. 3.Whisk in the protein powder (caramel or vanilla flavour works best), and Greek yoghurt until the texture is smooth and creamy.
  4. 4.Slice the banana into rounds.
  5. 5.Top the oats with the sliced banana and a drizzle of peanut butter.
  6. 6.Finish with a tiny pinch of salt to enhance the caramel flavour profile.
