Instructions
- 1.Cut the sweet potato into small cubes.
- 2.Microwave for approximately 5 minutes or roast until soft.
- 3.Season the salmon with lemon juice and black pepper.
- 4.Grill or pan-fry the salmon for 8–10 minutes until cooked.
- 5.Cook the peas for a few minutes until tender.
