- Salmon Fillets

- Extra virgin oil
- Brown Rice
- Cucumber baby

Instructions
- 1.In a small bowl, mix well the balsamic vinegar, orange and lemon juices, and sugar.
- 2.Cut the salmon into cubes, slice the cucumber, mango, avocado, and onion.
- 3.Season the salmon cubes with a little salt.
- 4.In a non-stick frying pan, heat the olive oil and brown the salmon cubes on all sides.
- 5.Distribute the rice ready into a bowl.
- 6.On top, distribute the salmon, cucumber, mango, avocados, and onion.
- 7.Pour the sauce over, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
