  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Orange juice
  • lemon juice
  • Brown Sugar
  • Salmon Fillets
  • Sea Salt
  • Extra virgin oil
  • Brown Rice
  • Cucumber baby
  • Mango
  • Hass Avocado
  • Red Onion
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Cream cheese spring onion and chive

Instructions

  1. 1.In a small bowl, mix well the balsamic vinegar, orange and lemon juices, and sugar.
  2. 2.Cut the salmon into cubes, slice the cucumber, mango, avocado, and onion.
  3. 3.Season the salmon cubes with a little salt.
  4. 4.In a non-stick frying pan, heat the olive oil and brown the salmon cubes on all sides.
  5. 5.Distribute the rice ready into a bowl.
  6. 6.On top, distribute the salmon, cucumber, mango, avocados, and onion.
  7. 7.Pour the sauce over, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
