- Wholemeal Wheat Pasta - dry
- Salmon Fillets
- Freshly Frozen Peas Pastizzi
- Baby Spinach
- Garlic cloves
- Olive Oil
- Spreadable Light Cream Cheese
- Parmesan Cheese Block
- Lemon Peel
Instructions
- 1.Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
- 2.Reserve 2 tablespoons of pasta cooking water before draining.
- 3.Cut the salmon into small cubes.
- 4.Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the garlic.
- 5.Add the salmon cubes and cook for approximately 5 minutes.
- 6.Add the peas and spinach and cook until the spinach wilts.
- 7.Mix the cream cheese with the reserved pasta water to create a creamy sauce.
- 8.Add the cooked pasta and stir well.
- 9.Finish with parmesan cheese and lemon zest.
