Ingredients

  • Wholemeal Wheat Pasta - dry
  • Salmon Fillets
  • Freshly Frozen Peas Pastizzi
  • Baby Spinach
  • Garlic cloves
  • Olive Oil
  • Spreadable Light Cream Cheese
  • Parmesan Cheese Block
  • Lemon Peel

Instructions

  1. 1.Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
  2. 2.Reserve 2 tablespoons of pasta cooking water before draining.
  3. 3.Cut the salmon into small cubes.
  4. 4.Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the garlic.
  5. 5.Add the salmon cubes and cook for approximately 5 minutes.
  6. 6.Add the peas and spinach and cook until the spinach wilts.
  7. 7.Mix the cream cheese with the reserved pasta water to create a creamy sauce.
  8. 8.Add the cooked pasta and stir well.
  9. 9.Finish with parmesan cheese and lemon zest.
