Ingredients

  • Salmon Fillets
  • rice noodles
  • Green peas
  • Raw Carrot - peeled
  • Cucumber baby
  • Spring Onion
  • Sesame Oil
  • Soy Sauce
  • White rice vinegar
  • Honey
  • Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1.Cook rice noodles according to the package instructions.
  2. 2.Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey to make the dressing.
  3. 3.Cook the salmon in a frying pan for 4–5 minutes on each side.
  4. 4.Cook peas in boiling water for 3–4 minutes.
  5. 5.Drain noodles and mix with half of the dressing.
  6. 6.Add noodles, peas, carrot, and cucumber to a bowl.
  7. 7.Place salmon on top.
  8. 8.Add spring onion, sesame seeds, and remaining dressing.
