- Salmon Fillets
- rice noodles
- Green peas
- Raw Carrot - peeled
- Cucumber baby
- Spring Onion
- Sesame Oil
- Soy Sauce
- White rice vinegar
- Honey
- Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- 1.Cook rice noodles according to the package instructions.
- 2.Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey to make the dressing.
- 3.Cook the salmon in a frying pan for 4–5 minutes on each side.
- 4.Cook peas in boiling water for 3–4 minutes.
- 5.Drain noodles and mix with half of the dressing.
- 6.Add noodles, peas, carrot, and cucumber to a bowl.
- 7.Place salmon on top.
- 8.Add spring onion, sesame seeds, and remaining dressing.
