- Salmon Fillets
- Boiled Brown Rice

- Raw Carrot - peeled
- Spring Onion

Instructions
- 1.Cut the salmon into small pieces.
- 2.Heat sesame oil in a frying pan.
- 3.Add garlic and salmon and cook for 5 minutes.
- 4.Add carrot and peas and cook for another 3 minutes.
- 5.Push ingredients to one side of the pan and scramble the egg.
- 6.Add cooked rice and soy sauce.
- 7.Stir everything together until heated through.
- 8.Finish with spring onion and sesame seeds.
