Ingredients

  • Salmon Fillets
  • Boiled Brown Rice
  • Green peas
  • Eggs
  • Raw Carrot - peeled
  • Spring Onion
  • Sesame Oil
  • Soy Sauce
  • Garlic cloves
  • Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1.Cut the salmon into small pieces.
  2. 2.Heat sesame oil in a frying pan.
  3. 3.Add garlic and salmon and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. 4.Add carrot and peas and cook for another 3 minutes.
  5. 5.Push ingredients to one side of the pan and scramble the egg.
  6. 6.Add cooked rice and soy sauce.
  7. 7.Stir everything together until heated through.
  8. 8.Finish with spring onion and sesame seeds.
