- Salmon Fillets
- Burger Buns
- Cos Lettuce
- Tomato
- Hass Avocado
- Green peas
- Olive Oil
- lemon juice
- Black Pepper, Ground
Instructions
- 1.Cut the salmon into small pieces.
- 2.Place salmon in a food processor and pulse until roughly minced (do not make a paste).
- 3.Mix salmon with lemon juice and black pepper.
- 4.Shape into a small burger patty.
- 5.Heat olive oil in a frying pan and cook the salmon burger for 4–5 minutes on each side.
- 6.Mash avocado with a little lemon juice.
- 7.Toast the wholemeal bun lightly.
- 8.Assemble the burger with avocado, lettuce, tomato, salmon patty, and peas on the side.
