Ingredients

  • Salmon Fillets
  • Burger Buns
  • Cos Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Hass Avocado
  • Green peas
  • Olive Oil
  • lemon juice
  • Black Pepper, Ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Cut the salmon into small pieces.
  2. 2.Place salmon in a food processor and pulse until roughly minced (do not make a paste).
  3. 3.Mix salmon with lemon juice and black pepper.
  4. 4.Shape into a small burger patty.
  5. 5.Heat olive oil in a frying pan and cook the salmon burger for 4–5 minutes on each side.
  6. 6.Mash avocado with a little lemon juice.
  7. 7.Toast the wholemeal bun lightly.
  8. 8.Assemble the burger with avocado, lettuce, tomato, salmon patty, and peas on the side.
