  • Freshly Frozen Peas Pastizzi
  • Hass Avocado
  • Baby Spinach
  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. 1.Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
  2. 2.Season the salmon with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. 3.Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4.Add the salmon and cook for approximately 4–5 minutes on each side, until fully cooked in the centre.
  5. 5.Meanwhile, cook the frozen peas in boiling water for 3–4 minutes until tender.
  6. 6.Assemble the bowl by placing the brown rice at the bottom.
  7. 7.Add the baby spinach, peas, avocado slices, and cooked salmon on top.
  8. 8.Finish with sesame seeds if desired.
