Instructions
- 1.Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
- 2.Season the salmon with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- 3.Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 4.Add the salmon and cook for approximately 4–5 minutes on each side, until fully cooked in the centre.
- 5.Meanwhile, cook the frozen peas in boiling water for 3–4 minutes until tender.
- 6.Assemble the bowl by placing the brown rice at the bottom.
- 7.Add the baby spinach, peas, avocado slices, and cooked salmon on top.
- 8.Finish with sesame seeds if desired.
