Ingredients

  • Salmon Fillets
  • Boiled White Rice
  • Green peas
  • Raw Carrot - peeled
  • Baby Spinach
  • Eggs
  • Sesame Oil
  • Soy Sauce
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Soy Sauce
  • Honey

Instructions

  1. 1.Season the salmon with half of the soy sauce.
  2. 2.Cook the salmon in a frying pan for 4–5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. 3.Cook the peas in boiling water for 3–4 minutes.
  4. 4.Stir-fry the spinach and carrots for 2 minutes with sesame oil.
  5. 5.Fry the egg, keeping the yolk slightly soft.
  6. 6.Assemble the bowl: add rice as the base, arrange carrot, spinach, peas, salmon, and egg on top.
  7. 7.Add the sauce before serving and mix everything together.
