- Salmon Fillets
- Boiled White Rice
- Green peas
- Raw Carrot - peeled
- Baby Spinach
- Eggs
- Sesame Oil
- Soy Sauce
- Sesame Seeds
- Soy Sauce
- Honey
Instructions
- 1.Season the salmon with half of the soy sauce.
- 2.Cook the salmon in a frying pan for 4–5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- 3.Cook the peas in boiling water for 3–4 minutes.
- 4.Stir-fry the spinach and carrots for 2 minutes with sesame oil.
- 5.Fry the egg, keeping the yolk slightly soft.
- 6.Assemble the bowl: add rice as the base, arrange carrot, spinach, peas, salmon, and egg on top.
- 7.Add the sauce before serving and mix everything together.
