  • Zucchini
  • Ricotta Cheese
  • Parmesan Cheese Block
  • Curly Parsley
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. 2.Slice the zucchini in half lengthwise.
  3. 3.Scoop out some of the flesh with a spoon.
  4. 4.Mix the ricotta, parsley, Parmesan, salt and pepper.
  5. 5.Fill the zucchini halves with the mixture.
  6. 6.Place on a baking tray.
  7. 7.Bake for 25 minutes.
  8. 8.Serve immediately.
