- Zucchini

- Parmesan Cheese Block
- Curly Parsley

Instructions
- 1.Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- 2.Slice the zucchini in half lengthwise.
- 3.Scoop out some of the flesh with a spoon.
- 4.Mix the ricotta, parsley, Parmesan, salt and pepper.
- 5.Fill the zucchini halves with the mixture.
- 6.Place on a baking tray.
- 7.Bake for 25 minutes.
- 8.Serve immediately.
