Instructions
- 1.Soak or cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions.
- 2.Heat a large frying pan or wok.
- 3.Season the prawns with salt, pepper and garlic peeled.
- 4.Cook the prawns for about 3 minutes.
- 5.Add the vegetables.
- 6.Cook for another 3 minutes.
- 7.Add the drained noodles.
- 8.Pour in the soy sauce.
- 9.Toss everything together and serve.
