  • Raw Carrot - peeled
  • Red Capsicum
  • Bean Sprouts
  • Light Soy Sauce
  • Sesame Oil
  • Garlic, peeled

Instructions

  1. 1.Soak or cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions.
  2. 2.Heat a large frying pan or wok.
  3. 3.Season the prawns with salt, pepper and garlic peeled.
  4. 4.Cook the prawns for about 3 minutes.
  5. 5.Add the vegetables.
  6. 6.Cook for another 3 minutes.
  7. 7.Add the drained noodles.
  8. 8.Pour in the soy sauce.
  9. 9.Toss everything together and serve.
