- Cavendish Banana
- Probiotic Kefir
- Almonds
- Sunflower seeds
- Rolled Oats
- Raspberries
Instructions
- 1.Place the banana, kefir, almonds, sunflower seeds, oats and ice in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour half the mixture between 2 serving glasses.
- 2.Add the raspberries to remaining mixture in the blender and blend until smooth.
- 3.Pour into glasses and swirl with a spoon to marble.
