Ingredients

  • Raw Pork Loin Chop
  • White Quinoa
  • Zucchini
  • Raw Carrot - peeled
  • Baby Spinach
  • Extra virgin oil
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Season the pork cubes with salt and black pepper.
  2. 2.Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
  3. 3.Add the pork and cook for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
  4. 4.Add the diced zucchini and cook for another 3 minutes until just tender.
