Instructions
- 1.Season the pork cubes with salt and black pepper.
- 2.Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
- 3.Add the pork and cook for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
- 4.Add the diced zucchini and cook for another 3 minutes until just tender.
