Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. 2.Combine the mashed banana, egg, and milk in a bowl.
  3. 3.Add the whey protein, oat flour, cinnamon, and baking powder.
  4. 4.Mix until smooth.
  5. 5.Pour the batter into a greased muffin mould.
  6. 6.Bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
