Ingredients

  • Black beans50 g
  • Tomato150 g
  • Potato200 g
  • Canned Corn Kernels50 g
  • Raw Beef Mince - lower fat150 g
  • LIGHT MOZZARELLA SHREDDED CHEESE30 g
  • Peri-peri salt5 g
  • Mild Salsa50 g
  • Light Sour Cream20 g
  • Limited Edition Taco Spice Mix Lime & Jalapeno5 g

Instructions

  1. 1.In a pan, add the oil, grated onion, minced garlic, and ground beef, and sauté well until the liquid from the meat has reduced and cook until fully done.
  2. 2.Add the ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper, then set aside.
  3. 3.Thinly slice potatoes. Cook in microwave for 5 minutes until softened. Sprinkle with peri peri salt and cook in preheated 220c oven or air fryer for 15 minutes until golden brown.
  4. 4.Put Potatoes in a tray and put everything on top, and the finish the cheese.
  5. 5.Put in the oven until cheese is melted.
  6. 6.Top with sour cream and salsa.
