Ingredients

  • Raw Pork Loin Steak - lean
  • Baby Carisma potatoes
  • Green Beans
  • Olive Oil
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Honey
  • lemon juice
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground
  • Continental Parsley

Instructions

  1. 1.Bring a saucepan of salted water to the boil.
  2. 2.Add the baby potatoes and cook for 12–15 minutes, or until tender.
  3. 3.During the last 3 minutes, add the green beans to the same saucepan.
  4. 4.Drain and set aside.
  5. 5.In a small bowl, mix the Dijon mustard, honey, and lemon juice.
  6. 6.Season the pork with salt and pepper.
  7. 7.Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
  8. 8.Cook the pork for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  9. 9.Reduce the heat and brush the honey mustard mixture over both sides of the pork.
  10. 10.Cook for another minute until lightly glazed.
  11. 11.Serve with the potatoes and green beans.
  12. 12.Garnish with chopped parsley.
