Ingredients
- Raw Pork Loin Steak - lean
- Baby Carisma potatoes
- Green Beans
- Olive Oil
- Dijon Mustard
- Honey
- lemon juice
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
- Continental Parsley
Instructions
- 1.Bring a saucepan of salted water to the boil.
- 2.Add the baby potatoes and cook for 12–15 minutes, or until tender.
- 3.During the last 3 minutes, add the green beans to the same saucepan.
- 4.Drain and set aside.
- 5.In a small bowl, mix the Dijon mustard, honey, and lemon juice.
- 6.Season the pork with salt and pepper.
- 7.Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
- 8.Cook the pork for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- 9.Reduce the heat and brush the honey mustard mixture over both sides of the pork.
- 10.Cook for another minute until lightly glazed.
- 11.Serve with the potatoes and green beans.
- 12.Garnish with chopped parsley.
