Ingredients
- Raw Pork Loin Steak - lean
- Green Beans
- Garlic cloves
- lemon juice
- Extra virgin oil
- Continental Parsley
- Slow Cooked Chicken Stock
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
Instructions
- 1.Pat the pork dry with paper towel and season lightly with salt and black pepper.
- 2.Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
- 3.Cook the pork for 5 minutes on each side until lightly golden and cooked through.
- 4.Transfer the pork to a plate and cover loosely with foil.
- 5.In the same pan, add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 6.Pour in the chicken stock and lemon juice, stirring to combine and lift any flavour from the bottom of the pan.
- 7.Simmer the sauce for 2 minutes until slightly reduced.
- 8.Meanwhile, steam the green beans for about 5 minutes until tender but still crisp.
- 9.Return the pork to the pan and spoon the lemon sauce over the meat.
- 10.Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with the green beans.
