Ingredients

  • Raw Pork Loin Steak - lean
  • Green Beans
  • Garlic cloves
  • lemon juice
  • Extra virgin oil
  • Continental Parsley
  • Slow Cooked Chicken Stock
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Pat the pork dry with paper towel and season lightly with salt and black pepper.
  2. 2.Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
  3. 3.Cook the pork for 5 minutes on each side until lightly golden and cooked through.
  4. 4.Transfer the pork to a plate and cover loosely with foil.
  5. 5.In the same pan, add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. 6.Pour in the chicken stock and lemon juice, stirring to combine and lift any flavour from the bottom of the pan.
  7. 7.Simmer the sauce for 2 minutes until slightly reduced.
  8. 8.Meanwhile, steam the green beans for about 5 minutes until tender but still crisp.
  9. 9.Return the pork to the pan and spoon the lemon sauce over the meat.
  10. 10.Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with the green beans.
