Ingredients
- Raw Pork Loin Steak - lean
- Broccolini
- Garlic cloves
- lemon juice
- Extra virgin oil
- Continental Parsley
- Capers
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper, Ground
Instructions
- 1.Pat the pork dry with paper towel and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- 2.Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
- 3.Cook the pork for 5–6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- 4.Remove the pork and let it rest on a plate.
- 5.In the same pan, add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
- 6.Stir in the lemon juice and capers, scraping up any browned bits from the pan.
- 7.Steam the broccolini for 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- 8.Return the pork to the pan for 1 minute to coat with the sauce.
- 9.Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- 10.Serve with the steamed broccolini.
