Ingredients

  • Raw Pork Loin Steak - lean
  • Broccolini
  • Garlic cloves
  • lemon juice
  • Extra virgin oil
  • Continental Parsley
  • Capers
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper, Ground

Instructions

  1. 1.Pat the pork dry with paper towel and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. 2.Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
  3. 3.Cook the pork for 5–6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  4. 4.Remove the pork and let it rest on a plate.
  5. 5.In the same pan, add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
  6. 6.Stir in the lemon juice and capers, scraping up any browned bits from the pan.
  7. 7.Steam the broccolini for 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  8. 8.Return the pork to the pan for 1 minute to coat with the sauce.
  9. 9.Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  10. 10.Serve with the steamed broccolini.
