Ingredients
- Pork Mince
- Sesame Oil
- Garlic cloves
- Ginger
- Reduced Salt Soy Sauce
- Honey
- Iceberg Lettuce
- Raw Carrot - peeled
- Spring Onion
- Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- 1.Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 2.Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds.
- 3.Add the pork mince and cook for about 6–7 minutes, breaking it up with a spoon.
- 4.Stir in the soy sauce and honey.
- 5.Cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- 6.Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
- 7.Fill each lettuce leaf with the pork mixture.
- 8.Top with grated carrot and sliced spring onion.
- 9.Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- 10.Fold the lettuce around the filling and enjoy.
