Ingredients

  • Pork Mince
  • Sesame Oil
  • Garlic cloves
  • Ginger
  • Reduced Salt Soy Sauce
  • Honey
  • Iceberg Lettuce
  • Raw Carrot - peeled
  • Spring Onion
  • Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1.Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. 2.Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds.
  3. 3.Add the pork mince and cook for about 6–7 minutes, breaking it up with a spoon.
  4. 4.Stir in the soy sauce and honey.
  5. 5.Cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. 6.Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
  7. 7.Fill each lettuce leaf with the pork mixture.
  8. 8.Top with grated carrot and sliced spring onion.
  9. 9.Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  10. 10.Fold the lettuce around the filling and enjoy.
