Ingredients

  • Raw Pork Loin Steak - lean
  • Uncooked Brown Rice
  • Eggs
  • Freshly Frozen Peas Pastizzi
  • Raw Carrot - peeled
  • Spring Onion
  • Sesame Oil
  • Reduced Salt Soy Sauce
  • Garlic cloves

Instructions

  1. 1.Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
  2. 2.Heat the sesame oil in a large frying pan or wok.
  3. 3.Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
  4. 4.Add the pork and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  5. 5.Stir in the carrot and peas and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. 6.Add the cooked brown rice and mix well.
  7. 7.Drizzle over the soy sauce and stir until evenly coated.
  8. 8.Push the rice to one side of the pan.
  9. 9.Crack the egg into the empty side and scramble it until cooked.
  10. 10.Mix the egg through the rice.
  11. 11.Sprinkle with sliced spring onion and serve immediately.
