Ingredients
- Raw Pork Loin Steak - lean
- Uncooked Brown Rice
- Eggs
- Freshly Frozen Peas Pastizzi
- Raw Carrot - peeled
- Spring Onion
- Sesame Oil
- Reduced Salt Soy Sauce
- Garlic cloves
Instructions
- 1.Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
- 2.Heat the sesame oil in a large frying pan or wok.
- 3.Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
- 4.Add the pork and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- 5.Stir in the carrot and peas and cook for another 2 minutes.
- 6.Add the cooked brown rice and mix well.
- 7.Drizzle over the soy sauce and stir until evenly coated.
- 8.Push the rice to one side of the pan.
- 9.Crack the egg into the empty side and scramble it until cooked.
- 10.Mix the egg through the rice.
- 11.Sprinkle with sliced spring onion and serve immediately.
