Ingredients

  • Pork belly
  • Reduced Salt Soy Sauce
  • Sesame Oil
  • Garlic cloves
  • Ginger
  • Honey
  • Raw Carrot - peeled
  • Red Onion
  • Spring Onion
  • Uncooked Brown Rice

Instructions

  1. 1.Cook the brown rice according to the instructions.
  2. 2.In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and honey.
  3. 3.Add the pork and stir until all the slices are evenly coated.
  4. 4.Leave to marinate for about 10 minutes.
  5. 5.Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
  6. 6.Add the pork together with the marinade.
  7. 7.Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. 8.Add the onion and carrot.
  9. 9.Continue cooking for another 4 to 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the pork is fully cooked.
  10. 10.Sprinkle over the sliced spring onion.
  11. 11.Serve immediately with the warm brown rice.
